Playing Life

February 16, 2011

The Play Ethic is a ludic “Manifesto” that proposes that the act of play is a fundamental act to both society and to the individual. Pat Kane discusses how the work ethic that has dominated the last three centuries is ill-equipped to deal with the modern world and offers play as a new alternative of living. This book seeks to change the way you look at your daily life, how you interact with others, how you view the world through introducing concepts of play.
